Madeira
Madeira is an island located in the Atlantic Ocean near the Azores but is not part of it, it is Portuguese territory. It is an island of volcanic origin and as such a true Paradise for Canyoning with routes of varying difficulty suitable for all tastes. The regime is exclusively rainwater.
We have thought of two periods for this destination:
Sardinia
Most of us know it almost exclusively for its crystal clear sea and spectacular bays, but Sardinia has an equally beautiful hinterland with spectacular trekking and canyons.
Some of these routes are aquatic, others are fossil, meaning that the water has not flowed for perhaps hundreds of years, others flow completely underground. Among these routes, the King, or rather the Queen, is the Donini, a cave inside which a stream flows that re-emerges into the sunlight from a hole in the wall creating a waterfall.
During our trip we will do a bit of all of this: aquatic routes, fossils, canyons with breathtaking drops overlooking the sea and, the unmissable Donini!
